· Exceed 99.9% availability for all online services

· Analyse the performance of test and production environments using monitoring tools to ensure availability and performance levels are maintained

· Upgrade systems and processes as required to enhance functionality, availability, performance, and security of online services

· Provide technical support for office IT issues

Experience & Required Skills

· 5+ years’ experience in Linux system administration

· 2+ years’ experience managing AWS hosted services

· Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues

· Proficient in sustaining LAMP and MEAN stacks

· Proficient in creating automated deployment scripts

· Working knowledge of Load Balancers, DNS, Firewalls, CDNs ,VLANs, Email, MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, Redis, and Web Applications

· Good written, verbal, and interpersonal Skills

· Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively

· Ability to respond to support requests after hours on a limited basis

Education & Qualifications

· Degree in Computer Science or other closely-related discipline
