Level 2 On-site Support Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an energetic 2nd level support Engineer . The engineer will be based onsite with one of our customers and will work as part of the IT team

The ideal candidate will need:

Good verbal and written communication

Work well as part of a team and also on own initiative

Ability to work off-site and on-site with the customer

Working Knowledge of Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper V)

Working Knowledge of Windows Environments (Windows 2008,2012,2016)

Good understanding of backup technologies (Veeam, Symantec)

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Deploy, upgrade and maintain laptops and desktops

Full clean driving license
