Job Description

Our client is a digital enablement company founded in 2009. They are specializing in client onboarding and regulatory technology solutions for financial services including Corporate & Institutional Banking, Asset Management, Commercial & Retail Banking, Private Banking & Wealth Management.

Due to the growth of the company we are looking to hire a Lead Business Development Representative in New York responsible for leading a team of 5 BDRs as well as engaging with leads, via email, phone, LinkedIn and social media.

What the job will entail:

You will report directly to the CMO of the company and you will be joining him at related global off-sites.

Other responsibilities are:

· Generate leads and opportunities through outbound sales activity prospecting into new and existing customers

· Identify, qualifying and create inbound leads that have interest in buying the Services

· Engage with key target accounts

· Research new companies and competitors

· Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to generate pipeline and ROI

What experience is required?

Previous experience working for a fast-growing software company is required, with proven track record selling to Financial Services.

Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent qualification.

4+ years industry equivalent work experience.

Self-motivation, energy, high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
