About the client:

Our client is a digital enablement company founded in 2009. They are specializing in client onboarding and regulatory technology solutions for financial services including Corporate & Institutional Banking, Asset Management, Commercial & Retail Banking, Private Banking & Wealth Management. Due to the growth of the company they are looking to hire a L&D Sales Enablement Lead n Dublin.

 About the role:

Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Sales Enablement Lead to help to develop their employees. In this role you’ll be a highly experienced L&D professional, who has significant understanding of enterprise sales processes and sales practices within the technology/SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing high quality internal training programs to sales teams globally (boot camps, webinars, oral boards, cascades)
  • Design and develop the new hire on-boarding strategy to sales team globally
  • Work with external vendors to develop web-based and instructor-led learning activities
  • Establish instructional plans, identify subject matter experts, coordinate all necessary resources, and collaborate on content development and testing
  • Define, measure and apply consistent data-driven training metrics to achieve company objectives
  • Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends in training development and learning as an engagement and retention tool
  • Proactively consider/identify new strategies, tactics and vendors to raise the level of the team's thinking and performance, ultimately finding ways to do more with less
  • Amend, revise or deliver new programmes as necessary, to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.

About the successful candidate:

  • Extensive sales training experience within a global or rapidly growing organization
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to speak the language of sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven knowledge of training methodology, adult education, and change management
  • Experience with defining, gathering and leveraging training benchmarks, metrics and data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities across worldwide based talent in multiple time zones
  • Experience within the Sales arena is preferred
