Teresa joined e-Frontiers Spain as a Technical Recruitment Consultant. Based in Madrid office she sources candidates across several software technologies (Backend, Frontend, QA, Systems Engineers) for the Spanish and Irish market. She has previous HR experience in Germany where she lived for 3 years, working closly with international candidates. Teresa holds a Degree in Psychology and post graduate education in Human Resources and Recruitment. She speaks English, German and Spanish. Part of her success is her ability for comprehending client and candidate needs and providing successful solutions for both parties.
