Responsibilities • Engaging with pre-sales and Solution Architects to structure the project workplan and initial PID • Engaging with customers during project analyse phases to understand and document functional requirements with relevant BA resources; • Working with other team members (Solution Architects, etc) to break down the project delivery task to support the overall project delivery plan; • Clear communication to customers around project progress, interdependencies, risks, using project RAG tools to monitor and report project progress; • Internal communications to project team to monitor progress and address scheduling issues; Security Classification: INTERNAL • Planning with development team colleagues on Production release and coordination with customers; • Liaise with team members and team leaders to successfully deliver projects; • Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained; • Supported to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant certifications (e.g. Prince II, PMP, Scrum etc)
