My client who is a leader in insurance industry, who is well established are currently looking for a Integration & Systems Test Lead to join their team. This is a permanent role.

What can you expect in this job?
You will have responsibility for leading a team of 5 – 8 Test Analysts. Defining testing approaches / strategies, creating test plans and coordinating, monitoring and reporting on the execution of IST progress. You will also be responsible for contributing to the implementation and maintenance of testing best practices and the ongoing development of the testing capabilities of the organisation
What do you need to bring? Some of the skills required are:
Upwards of 5 years’ experience working in software testing, including experience writing test strategies, test cases, and detailed test scripts. This must include at least 3 years working in a test leadership role.
ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent) as a minimum and thorough understanding and knowledge of the development lifecycle, testing quality assurance processes, standards, methodologies and tools.
Experience in motivating and managing a team of test analysts and reporting on their activities and progress, and of participating in the definition of automated and performance testing frameworks. Also, experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
