Our client, ambitious, hospitality SAAS platform started their journey 11 years ago. They have created a unique SaaS which has been patented and used by many hospitality companies across the globe.

Now they are looking to appoint Inside Sales Team Leader to coach and mentor sales team, implement SaaS metrics, processes and procedures, own the pipeline, help to draft and execute strategy for the coming years.

As an Inside Sales Leader you will be responsible for smooth functionality of multilingual Inside Sales team ensuring achievement of the targets, working on Key Metrics and managing performance. Inside Sales team is responsible for a full sales cycle across EMEA and needs a good sales process to make it happen.

The Experience:

We are looking for some very specific experience. from

  • SaaS/similar environment background
  • Experience managing and growing the Inside Sales team
  • Setting Key Metrics, improving sales process and coaching the team members.
  • Experience in start-up or a start-up team/department or would have this spirit and would have proven track record of growing teams and revenue.
  • 5+ years in Inside Sales team management within successful organisation.

The Salary:

Basic salary of around €65k + OTE (full benefits – health, benefits, shares, dental, 25 days of holidays)
