Client’s Description

Our client specialises in providing IT training and learning services to customers around the world, from essential communications skills to project management and IT service management, working with partners such as Cisco, IBM, Microsoft and SAP. Due to high demand in services and growing market, they are looking to expand their sales team in Ireland and looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join their team.

 

Job Description

The Job:

 

As an Inside Sales Executive you will be in charge of selling solutions, courses and digital learning packages the company offers, working against set targets and meeting monthly revenue goals.

On daily basis, you will manage a range of existing accounts and also follow up on internally generated leads from Marketing team, to create new business opportunities, gathering in-depth knowledge on their businesses to uncover training needs and present products and solutions to meet those needs. You will work with customers across a range of sectors in the Irish market.

 

Qualifications

The Fit:

 

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual, who’s outgoing and confident, who will be able to succeed in a fast paced, consultative sales environment.

Successful candidate will have experience in a B2B customer focused role, by telephone or face-to-face, and strong understanding of technology. Previous experience in IT company is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as strong organisation skills and professional telephone manner. Previous experience with CRM management is desirable but not necessary. We are looking for a professional individual with 1-2 years of sales experience.

 

The Salary:

€25-30k + OTE (total can be up to €40k)

Our client is based in a convenient location in Dublin City Centre.
