Our client is an Irish software Start-up celebrating their 10 years of success. They have created a revolutionary SAAS platform that transforms the industry they are working in. It helps their clients to reduce operational costs, increase efficiency through automation, resulting in happier end users.

They are in an exciting expanding phase and looking to hire an Implementations Trainer.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the software
  • Write training courses, course material and deliver training to the clients across Europe
  • Compose & update user manuals
  • Deliver training courses in the office and on client sites via WebEx
  • Record and track training sessions & keep appropriate records with feedback
  • Write & deliver new & develop the existing software induction training to new starters, followed up with assessment & accreditation

Requirements

  • 2 years experience training a variety of audiences from one-to-one sessions to groups
  • Experience of working with blended learning programmes
  • Experience of developing e-learning packages
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills - verbal and written
  • Innovative approach to training & delivery
