Our client is a technology company, global leader in payment processing solutions, looking to incorporate an Implementation Specialist to lead technical & non-technical process implementation projects for their customers.

 

Job Description

The Job:

 

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution of customer implementation projects of electronic payments processing. You will guide customers through processing rules, documentation and specifications.

 

You will be expected to manage multiple projects at one time, and provide direction, guidance and follow through on projects for the company’s clients. Implementation projects will be of technical and non-technical nature.

 

Qualifications

 

The Experience:

 

We are looking for a professional with 2+ years’ experience with information technology systems, with basic understanding of network technology, applications and project management.

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, or Business is preferred.

 

You should have general knowledge and understanding of payment transaction processing systems.

 

The Fit:

 

We are looking for a customer focused individual with the ability to interact well with different internal and external customers and work as part of a cross functional team.

Good verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as basic project management skills and ability to manage change in a technical work environment.

 

Location:

Our client is based in South Dublin.
