Irish SaaS Company is looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Dublin!

Our client is a SaaS company that develops a cloud-based Learning Management Software for enterprise customers. They hit the ground running and in 5 years secured over 800 customers worldwide. The Job:

You will work with hiring managers in Dublin, US and Australia and manager the recruitment process for candidates, sourcing and reviewing applications, conducting initial assessments and coordinating interviews. This includes reviewing and evaluating job boards, managing recruitment agencies and organising and representing the company in Recruitment events. Once the recruitment process is finished, you will manage the onboarding process for new employees.

You will also assist in the setting and implementation of the company’s HR strategy, working with different departments and managers to define training needs, goals, performance review and employee development plans.  You will run the day-to-day HR operations and be the first point of contact for employees in these locations in any queries related to HR.

Apart from the HR & Recruitment daily responsibilities, you will participate in different projects to improve and introduce new processes and implement new ideas to contribute to a great employee experience and strengthen the company culture.


The Fit:

You have experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferably in a tech start-up environment, hiring for roles in a technology company at all levels. You have experience with job boards and social media, and enjoy attending events and networking to find and attract the best talent.

Previous experience in an HR generalist role is required, as you’ll be the first point of contact for employees to answer any questions and explain HR processes and legislation. You will have experience participating in the implementation of HR processes, training, employee development and performance management.

The position requires someone practical and energetic, who’s flexible and able to work in a non-highly structured environment. If you are bubbly and enthusiastic, and have a “get things done” attitude, you will fit right in!


Location: Our client’s offices are in a handy location in Dublin City Centre.
