Our client a software start up is looking for a HR Manager with a SPARK!
Some of the duties involve;
- HR Planning, forecasting, skills assessments etc.
- Assisting in the recruitment process, interviewing, selection to onboarding
- Training & Development
- Performance management, probation management and performance
- Managing Compensation and Benefits
- Contract and legislation management for Ireland and UK.
- HR Administration, payroll, guidance, advice etc.
- Driving positive employee engagement culture
Who are we looking for?
- 6-8 years of HR experience - HR Business partner experience
- Previous experience from a software company, ideally start up environment
- Strong employment Law knowledge in Ireland and UK.
- Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial approach and a can do attitude
- Strong team player and coaching ability around all aspects of HR.
