HR Manager (Software)

Overview

Our client a software start up is looking for a HR Manager with a SPARK! 

Some of the duties involve; 

  • HR Planning, forecasting, skills assessments etc. 
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, interviewing, selection to onboarding 
  • Training & Development 
  • Performance management, probation management and performance 
  • Managing Compensation and Benefits 
  • Contract and legislation management for Ireland and UK. 
  • HR Administration, payroll, guidance, advice etc. 
  • Driving positive employee engagement culture

Who are we looking for? 

  • 6-8 years of HR experience - HR Business partner experience 
  • Previous experience from a software company, ideally start up environment 
  • Strong employment Law knowledge in Ireland and UK. 
  • Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial approach and a can do attitude 
  • Strong team player and coaching ability around all aspects of HR.
