Job Description

Our client, an international company that specializes in business and technology operations, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide HR business support to client groups based in Ireland.

 

Responsibilities

· Proactively work with senior leaders, officers and managers to develop and implement HR strategy

· Partner with HR corporate functions and leverage HR programs, policies, processes and systems

· Drive leadership development related activities, such talent assessment, high-potential development, succession planning, manager coaching, and employee engagement and retention

· Manage HR reporting (Monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee engagement, attrition and turnover, etc.) and administration

· Develop and implement, establishing project objectives, prioritizing responsibilities, delegating tasks, executing project deliverables, and tracking and measuring to successful completion

 

Qualification

  • HR experience (preferably in the technology industry)
  • HR business partner support experience in organizations of 500+ employees
  • Knowledge of Ireland employment law
  • Knowledge of talent management, staffing, and compensation
  • Self­starter with the ability to prioritize own workload and work on their own initiative with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding planning, organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email & skills.
  • Personal qualities that demonstrate leadership, confidence, sound judgment, enthusiasm, commitment and ethics.

Gražina is a native of Lithuania and speaks fluent Lithuanian, English, Russian & Polish. She fell in love with Dublin during the St. Patrick's Festival in 2013 and is now well engrained within the Irish culture scene, enjoying the local craic and supporting Dublin's North City Dart's League team.
