HR and Operations Business Partner

Our Client is an international consulting company developing processes and procedures, building valuable relationship with associates and sharing the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery.

We are seeking an ambitious HR & Operations Business Partner who will be a key collaborator for the company’s successful operations, responsible for Operational, Organisational and HR activities across the Ireland and UK regions.

 

Responsibilities:

Partnering with various Managers and Directors to support resourcing of client projects, people development, to manage performance, to manage utilisation and costs and to intervene to resolve issues. The role will encapsulate all areas of HR and operational management including recruitment and resourcing, chargeability and effective utilisation of the team, organisational development, reward and legal requirements. The role will also involve some facility management including managing tenant relationships.

  • Provide operational day-to-day HR support
  • Manage HR processes and administration
  • Manage and support recruitment process and relationship with 3rd parties
  • Support facilities management and office administration
  • Support projects and consultants as required

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a HR/Operational role
  • Flexible, action-oriented person with “can do attitude”
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Is happy to work under own initiative
