Mature Irish SaaS start-up looking to recruit Head of Sales to drive their sales into next level.  Located in the heart of Dublin this is a full time, office based opportunity.

Our client, extremely mature Irish SaaS Start-up Company hit the ground running 4 years ago and since then secured more than 500 customers all over the world. With a ‘customer friendly’ approach, advanced technology and dedicated employees each day they make a difference in their area. 
Now it’s the time to appoint Head of Sales to build up the sales team, implement processes and procedures, draft and execute strategy for the coming years. 

Job Description:


The Job: 
As a Head of Sales you will be responsible for building an effective sales function within the company. You will be tasked to put processes and procedures in place, ensure all operations are running smoothly. The person would be challenged with growing the team twice (from current 8 to 15-16 people) in the next 18-24 months. This means all the hiring, on boarding, 1 to 1’s, structure of the team – is under your responsibility as well. 
On the other side, more strategic input from the person is expected: Head of Sales will work on a strategy and it’s execution; would decide on pricing strategy; participate in relevant conferences across the globe; working on product roadmap with Development team, collaborating with Marketing, Success teams and help Account Managers to close Enterprise deals. 


Qualifications 
The Fit: 
We are looking for an energetic Head of Sales who would have passion for his job and would be able to go an extra mile to make a difference. Whether you would need to make a strategic decision or help the sales guys on complicated deals – we would expect you to be hands on and ready. 


The Experience: 
We are looking for some very specific experience. First of all, we would expect you to come from SaaS environment and understanding the Customed LifeCycle in Software as a Service business. Secondly, you would have experience managing and growing the team. Moreover, culturally it’s important that you would have experience in start-up or a start-up team/department and would have proven track record of growing teams and revenue. 
The company has clients globally and if you have previous experience working with US/Canada markets – this would be perceived as an advantage. 
In addition, collaboration is very important to be successful in this job – whether it is with marketing, development, support or success teams – we are looking here for your deep understanding of all those functions. 
Finally, we expect you to be comfortable working on assigned targets and you would have previously demonstrated success bringing sales function to a next level. 

The Salary: 
High basic salary (negotiable) + bonus + OTE + equity 

Location: 
Our client is based in a very handy city centre location - you can take a bus, Luas, DARTor use the parking slot available.
