OverviewOur client is looking for an experienced Head of Customer Success to join their growing organisation.
We are looking for an experienced professional within the Financial Services industry who has strong financial management and people management skills.
??????Some primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
Providing technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the business’s products.
Grow and sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Analysing all customer data and devising ways to improve the customer experience.
Planning and conducting product demonstrations for customers, on a weekly/monthly basis.
Mediating between clients and the business and ensuring their needs are meet to their satisfaction.
Responsible for handling and resolving all customer requests and complaints and put a plan in place to ensure any incidents do not reoccur.
Responsible for managing the team and ensuring all clients request are met to their satisfaction.

Who has previous experience in a similar position within the financial services industry
Previous experience leading a successful team and managing a team
Strong financial management skills and budget management skills
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
