German speaking Online Trainer/Customer Success specialist

Our client is an award winning saloon software used by over 6,000 hair and beauty salons across US, UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany and Finland. 

With their growing client base, they are now looking for a German speaking Client trainer/Customer success manager to help with the on-boarding and training and education of their clients.

  • Relevant industry experience from within a hair or beauty salon is beneficial but not a requirement

 

Responsibilities

  • Delivering first class online training with salon professionals on topics ranging from basic training on software to advanced marketing and social media training.

  • Ensuring new clients are ready to use the Software, through education and support, once their software has been installed.

  • Following up all trainings with rebooking next modules

  • Calendar scheduling to enable delivery of 6 sessions per day

  • responsible for booking the training, setting up the calls, and ensuring our clients get connected easily and quickly

 

Requirements

  • Training qualification and/or experience.

  • Technical ability using systems

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment.

Daily Tasks

  • Complete 5-6 trainings per day to a capacity of up to 3 salons in each training session

  • Book Trainings in Acuity from the booking form, emails and the call log

  • Keep ahead of all queries posted in our internal Slack channel

  • Log all Cancellations/No Shows

  • Handle calls logged to Training Team

  • Follow up emails to each client after training to include recording of training for each client

  • Always rebook client after training for next module

  • Assist the support team with support calls when there is a backlog

  • Ad - hoc Project Work
