Our client is an Online marketing company and is looking for a talented innovative and modern French Speaking Team Leader for a growing Digital Business Team.

As a Team Leader, you will provide direction, training and guidance within an International market to deliver high calibre sales performance for our global client.

If you are a Google fan, you love Google products and you are passionate about new technology, this is the role for you.


Main Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of business sales reps to achieve sales performance

· Performance management: mentoring, coaching, training, 1:1's

· Excellent sales skills, ideally knowledgeable about needs-based selling techniques

· Proven track record in leading teams in Telemarketing / Customer care

· Track record of driving a strong team performance with commitment to exceed targets, and ability to work under pressure

· Google AdWords / AdSense / AdMob / DoubleClick product knowledge

  • Maintaining communication and building relationships with Google stakeholders to understand needs and drive new strategies


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and 2+ years of People Management and Sales, customer care or equivalent experience

· Near Native-level French speaker with strong oral and written English.

· Online media industry and digital marketing knowledge such as Salesforce and Google products

· Strong verbal & written communication, and attention to detail: you have the ability to hold a confident and controlled conversation

· Ability to build relationships across multiple personalities across departments

· Track record of strong performance and commitment to exceed targets, and ability to work under pressure

  • Highly motivated, energetic, you're a self-starter
