As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships with accounts and understanding their needs, helping to drive insights from the data gathered.
Your bread and butter would be clarifying client requirements, defining potential strategies and building solutions to deliver the results.
You will be a key point of contact for customers and would help them to understand results driven insights through presentations and verbal communication.
Apart from that, you will be working closely with internal sales and services teams to provide insights customers and help to expand the accounts.
What is Customer Success?
Is it making customer happy? Or is it rather helping them to achieve their financial goals and operational metrics through excellent guidance and training and exceptional experience?
You have previous customer relationship management experience and proven track record of going an extra mile to make sure customer is satisfied.
You are technical enough to be able to work with technology platforms, understand the business analytics and being able to drive insights from data.
So if you have previously used Tableau, Business Objects, or other solutions – this would be great.
Still some important must haves: your previous experience in customer success in a technology/ or related /business consultancy type role (3-5 years).
We are looking for the right attitude and real passion for customer experience!
Native/professional level of French is a must.
