Personal Assistant is being hunted in Dublin


Our client is a global technology company in the payment processing business, continuously working and innovating to provide a more secure and more efficient payment network for everyone.


As the company continues to grow they are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support company’s Chief Innovation Office in diverse lines of business, community and personal interests.


The job:


As a Personal Assistant you will be tasked to provide administrative support to Chief Innovation Office, including preparations of proposals and presentations. You will be in charge of diary management, meeting and travel arrangements for CIO and other business partners, as well as events organisation coordinating several internal initiatives.


Your help will be required during the meetings, where we would expect you to take the notes and collating briefing documentation for those meeting.  Finally, your bread and butter would be administrative support, ad-hoc projects, managing correspondence.


The fit:


Previous relevant experience is very important for our client, therefore if your background lays in previous PA support to Senior Management at least for 5 years– your candidacy is definitely of a potential fit for this role.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required for this role.


In order to be successful for this role we would expect you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, commitment to professional and client service excellence.

We assume you show high level of integrity, are trustworthy and have proven ability to work on your own as a part of a team.


High computer literacy skills, Word, business writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills – are important factors to be successful in this position.


The location:


Our client is based in South Dublin.



Up to €50-55k depending on experience and qualifications.
