Senior Sales Executive - Frankfurt

Our client is operating in the legal industry and have over 18 years of experience on the global market. They have been trusted by a lot of banks, number of multinational companies and smaller firms across the globe.

Due to their expansion they are looking to incorporate a Senior Sales Executive to join the company and look after financial services vertical.

The Role:

  • To achieve and increase Sales turnover and Gross Profit
  • To gain and develop new accounts
  • To proactively manage customer retention
  • Accurately complete sales administration – forecasting, pipeline management, etc.
  • To meet and deliver targets in terms of revenue and profitability
  • To devise and deliver a business plan to maximise growth
  • To manage and motivate existing sales team to achieve their individual sales targets
  • To cultivate new business opportunities through a proactive and dynamic approach to business development at senior levels within our existing accounts and target companies
  • To prepare regular management information reports on activities in the market and make recommendations to improve business
  • Maintain competitor awareness

The Person:

  • Minimum of 15 years track record of profitable sales and significant achievement through delivering complex solution sales (professional services)
  • The capacity to create, interpret, understand and act upon information and/or data to achieve customer solutions
  • Energetic with a positive attitude, excellent negotiating and communication skills
  • Evidence of developing key relationships throughout our customer organisations up to senior decision makers, i.e. legal counsels, CFO, etc.
  • Ability to continually develop knowledge and skills
  • IT literate (MS Office Suite and Sales/CRM (Salesforce) software)
