Our client is a well-established international company based in North Dublin and looking to hire Business Support Analyst. With more than 1500 employees they are the second largest player in their industry. Their operations span across Europe, Africa and North America servicing thousands of business and end customers each day.

Job Description

The Job:

As a Business Support Analyst, you will be responsible to support the delivery of the reservation platform across online and mobile ensuring customers are enjoying the experience.

This position has technical and commercial aspect with specific focus around analytics, defect prioritisation, product/solution support, tracking and escalation processes.

You will be expected to analyse and work on process driven support function; making sure directors are getting updates regularly; analysing usage of the solution and overall customer experience, as well as lead remote technical team.


The Experience:

We are looking for a professional with 3+ years’ experience implementing support end to end strategy & processes. Previous experience leading offshore team and ability to manage 3rd party suppliers is very important as well.

Apart from that, your previous experience should also include experience in 24/7 support environment; ability to comply with clear processes and procedures in an online environment.

The Fit:

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member with a flexible attitude and eager to provide support across a range of ecommerce activities.

Good verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as strong analytical skills, attention to details and ability to manage effectively working relationships on various levels.


Our client is based in North Dublin.


€45-55k + benefits (negotiable/depending on experience)
