    Senior Manager, Technology Management – WI Digital Platforms

    • Work closely with the squad leader to plan and execute on the highest priority work as per the product roadmap

    • Coach team members to fulfil their potential, and ensure a culture of continuous learning
    • Have proven leadership and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in employee development

    • Have strong customer facing and relationship management skills
    • Have proven problem solving skills
    • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
    • At least 10 years overall experience in the IT sector
    • At least 5 years people management experience
    • Successful track record in project delivery
    • Experience in the Financial Services Sector an advantage
