Client’s Description

Our client is well establish online Sports Betting and Gaming brand company. With over 100 employees they are looking to hire Digital Marketing Manager on a full time basis for a period of 6-9 months (maternity leave cover).



Job Description

The Job:

Digital marketing, team management, e-commerce, conversion rates, web analytics, online strategy, online merchandising, demand planning, sales initiatives, analytics, competitor benchmarking - this is bread and butter of the role.


You would be fully entrusted to develop and implement online strategies to drive more leads and optimize the conversion rates.

On a daily basis you will be tasked to analyse the sales, conversion rates, website and make decisions accordingly as to offers, promotions, changes on the campaigns.

You will identify key trends, develop content strategies and manage digital agency relationships.

As a manager of a team you will take care of 3 direct reports and help them to achieve the goals by continuous support and mentoring.

We know, that e-commerce might be not an easy bite. Commercial acumen and digital marketing skills are crucial here and once these are in place than management and other colleagues will give you full support to smash the targets!



The Fit:

I believe you are already interested in the role. If you have previous (at least 3 years) experience in the digital marketing, strong commercial sense, people management skills and ability to ensure brand is represented well online and understanding of the– this role is the right opportunity for you. Ideally, we are looking for a person having experience in Online betting company, Online casino or sportsbook, but understanding the limitation we are going to review all the candidates available ASAP.



The Experience – once more:

Now, this is an important piece. One more, we are looking for great reporting skills; experience in New Customer Acquisition and ROI, working knowledge of conversion optimisation strategies and experience on 3rd party management.


The Salary:

€50-65k p.a.
