Deskside Engineer

Overview

Position – Individual

 

  • Part of EUS Deskside Team
  • Providing L2/L3 onsite , Hands and Feet support as part of Deskside role to end users
  • Support to be provided in MAC , Win 10 or Windows 7 Desktop / laptops
  • Creation of Tickets and Service request in Service now ticketing tool for end users
  • Good in Technical and diagnostic abilities
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
  • Basic understanding of Network topology
  • Candidate should possess good communication & Presentations skills
  • Experience in customer handling role
  • Ability to provide a best end user experience

 

  • Part of Techcafe team
  • Local Stock Management
  • Presenting of report to Supervisor
  • Knowledge on IOS , MAC and IPAD devices
  • Knowledge on Windows Migrations
  • Knowledge on Windows 10 and 7 troubleshooting and diagnostic
  • Creation of tickets and sr in ticketing tool
  • Provide the best end user experience
