My client who is a leader in their industry, are currently looking for DBA (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server) to join their team.

As the DBA you’ll be responsibilities will include looking after the database and the application architecture for both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server technologies. Added to this is a down to earth office environment ready for you to fit right in.

What can I expect in this job?

This is a hands on DBA position, in which you will use your technical knowledge to work closely with the different stakeholders. You will be given plenty of responsibility and autonomy to succeed in this role, which in turn will help develop your career.

What do I need to bring?

  • 5 years’ experience with Oracle 11g/12C database or/and Microsoft SQL Server database 2008 R2+
  • 3 years’ experience working with Linux
  • Experience in leadership and mentoring
  • Excellent communications skills, and experience of gathering and interpreting business requirements.
