Client Description

Our client is an independent advisory firm specialising in cybersecurity and information security, located in Dublin North and they are looking for an innovative and dynamic Data Protection/GDPR consultant who has passion for data protection, knowledge of GDPR and keen to work with different clients and projects.

 

The role

The Data Protection/GDPR Consultant will work closely with the team and advice, develop, train, and implement appropriate data privacy policies, standards, reports, strategies for SMB and Enterprise clients across variety of sectors. Successful candidate is able to provide thought leadership on Data Protection methods and practises and is knowledgeable of GDPR regulation and its impact on the company’s operation.

Work environment might involve complex business and IT models and would require someone comfortable working across variety of departments such as Compliance and Governance, Risk, Audit, Operations, etc.

 

Requirements for successful candidate

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years’ industry experience with most recent 5-7 years’ experience in data protection, compliance, regulations and most recently with GDPR. Certified Data Protection is preferable for this role.

Ideally someone educated to the Master’s level.

Candidate should be comfortable writing reports, works well according to tight deadlines, available to travel to different sites in Ireland and abroad.

 

Job Type & Salary: Negotiable, depends on experience.

Gražina has 5 years’ experience in the full cycle of recruitment (permanent, temporary and contract) having worked for e-Frontiers for 4 years. She is currently a Lead Recruiter within the e-Frontiers Business department managing the Customer LifeCycle team.
