Customer Support Role

Location: Dublin North

Job type: 6 months contract (extension possibility)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to the customers
  • Tracking and taking ownership of outstanding queries and ensuring follow through in all cases
  • Working with internal systems to identify and correct errors
  • Proven resolution, logical troubleshooting
  • Providing timely and relevant response to queries

Requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Magnificent listening skills and great attention to detail
  • High level awareness of technical systems, advanced in Microsoft Office
  • Be a self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • Strong team spirit with a flexible and positive attitude to work effectively in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
  • High professional ethics
