About the Client:

Our client is leader in Medical Devices Industry and has grown into a global company serving 135 countries and offering 16,000+ products. Today, the company manufactures and combines medical devices, drugs, biologic grafts and cell therapies to serve more than 41 medical specialties.

They are currently looking to hire a Customer Support Representative who could provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to customers and Sales teams throughout Europe, input customer orders to order-entry system and provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

What you would be doing:

  • Process transactions through relevant company systems within department guidelines and quality requirements
  • Process all queries within department guidelines through relevant company systems
  • Providing customer support to all customers, taking ownership for first point of contact resolution wherever possible
  • Liaise with relevant courier companies to ensure prompt delivery to all customers
  • Maintain and update customer data
  • Process customer feedback and product complaints through relevant company systems and within the required timelines
  • Work with Sales Teams, Remote Inventory Control team and Logistics teams to ensure fastest possible turnaround on all inventory, inventory returns and resolution of any issues that may occur on route.
  • All functions to be carried out in compliance with the Company’s Quality Management Systems.

What skills you need:

  • Previous experience in a multi-national customer service environment advantageous
  • Fluency in one or more European languages (as well as English)
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask
  • Willingness and availability to travel on company business if required
