What is the Opportunity?
Our client is a market leader within Cloud Solutions & and are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their team, who will be responsible for providing B2B support and offer solutions to problems.

 

What can I expect in this job?
The Customer Support team is at the heart of our client’s business and as a Customer Support Representative you’ll have to excel at delivering a high level of customer service to the customers.

You’ll interact directly with customers to answer questions, find solutions and deliver world-class customer support.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative includes:

· Provide phone and e-mail support to B2B customers and define, research, and resolve issues effectively and accurately;

· Provide a superior level of service with patience and empathy in all customer interactions

· Takes ownership and responsibility for issues and uses initiative to deliver practical solutions

· Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time

This role requires flexible, fast-acting individuals who are energized by solving problems and helping others.

 

What do I need to bring?

We’re looking for a professional individual with a genuine interest and love of technology and customer support, someone with a good eye for detail and organisation – someone who looks to get it right first time and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.

Someone with the desire to continually learn, adapt and work in a fun, fast-paced environment who is able to builds positive relationships within and across teams.

Fluent English with excellent communication and typing skills is a must.
