Job Description
The Job:


As a Customer Success Team Leader you will we responsible for the customers' journey, making sure the new customers are fully on boarded and trained to use the solution and become active users from the day one.

 

You will be responsible for developing relationships with accounts and understanding their needs, escalating any problems or implementing service improvements based on the feedback.

 

You will be managing customer success executives and customer support agents making sure people are performing well, customers are happy and KPI’s are met. Facilitating weekly meetings, doing one to ones, recruiting, training and developing team members would be daily bread and butter.

 

You will be also managing suppliers and tracking their performance versus agreed SLA’s.

Is it making customer happy? Or is it rather helping them to achieve their financial goals and operational metrics through excellent guidance and training and exceptional experience?
 

You have previous customer relationship management experience and proven track record of going an extra mile to make sure customer is satisfied.

You have experience in people management and you come to the office with a smile on your face and happy to challenge your team each day.

Still some important must haves: your previous experience in customer success in a technology/ or related /or property industry (3-5 years).

The Salary:
€35 - 40k

Location:
Our client is based on the dart line on the south side of the Dublin/Co Wicklow.
