Our client, extremely mature Irish SaaS Start-up Company hit the ground running and in 3.5 years secured 500 customers. With the ‘customer friendly’ approach, advanced technology and dedicated employees each day they make a difference in e-Learning Software as a Service worldwide space.

Job Description 
The Job: 
As a Customer Success Specialist you will we responsible for the customers’ journey, their knowledge of the platform and customisation of the product for their best use. 
You will educate the customers using GoToMeeting tools; you will create user manual, do regular webinars and help them on any ‘how to’ questions. 

Apart from that, you will be their first point of contact after they have subscribed to the product and you will help them to customise the platform to their needs. 

You lead them by hand and show how to navigate through the platform. The team will support you and teach you the best practises in the area, so you could do your best from the very beginning. 

Moreover, your contribution to any product enhancements or processes within other departments (support; sales) would be highly appreciated. 

Some more details: 

We know, that it is tough, but due to customers in the US our client would be happy if you could support them in real time – clients deserve the best! So your role is flexible time wise, but normally we would assume it would be 10am to 6pm.

What is Customer Success? Is it making customer happy? 
Or is it rather helping them to achieve their financial goals and operational metrics through excellent guidance and training and exceptional experience? 

You are eager to learn, energetic and go an extra mile to make sure customer is satisfied. You come in to the office with a smile on face and happy to be challenged each day. 

Still some important must haves: your previous experience in SaaS, doing webinars/trainings and being technically savvy – is essential for the role.

€32-35k 

Location: 
Our client is based in a very handy location – looking into Liffey River from North side of Dublin. You can take a bus, Luas, dart or use the parking slot available.
