Our client, a mature Irish SaaS Start-up Company, hit the ground running and in 4 years secured 500 customers. With a 'customer friendly' approach, advanced technology and dedicated employees, they make a difference in the e-Learning Software as a Service worldwide industry.

If you believe you can contribute to their success and take the company to the next level through educating customers and showing them how to best use their platform, we want to speak to you!


The Job:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the customers' journey, their platform knowledge and customisation of the product.
You will educate customers using GoToMeeting tools, create user manual, present webinars and help them on any 'how to' questions.

In addition to that, you will be their first point of contact after they have subscribed, help them to customise the platform to their needs and show them how to navigate through the platform. The team will support you and teach you the best practises in the area, so you can do your best from the very beginning.

Moreover, your contribution to any product enhancements or processes within other departments (support; sales) would be highly appreciated.

Some more details:

You will work from 10am to 6pm.

Previous experience in SaaS, webinars/training experience and being technically savvy are requirements for the role.

Location:
Our client is based in a very handy location - facing the Liffey River in the North side of Dublin. You can take a bus, Luas, dart or use the parking space available.
