Customer Success Manager

Our client, founded over 30 years ago with offices in New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, London and Dublin are expanding their Custom Business unit and looking for an ambitious VP Learning Services to join the company based in New York. The company is very well-known in the education and e-learning industry and helps clients to optimize their knowledge capital.

We are looking for a high-performing Customer Success Manager, who will be playing a key role ensuring the continued success and rapid growth in the US customer base.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Examining client accounts, handling first-line client queries, and assisting the sales team with the timely resolution of issues
  • Establishing the requirements of our clients, providing clear estimations of feasibility and risks, and answering RFPs and project proposals
  • Liaising with senior management to define opportunities and optimise solutions
  • Building relationships with key customers as well as managing and delivering to their expectations
  • Working closely with the sales support and account management teams
  • Reviewing and distributing sales reports
  • Providing site administration and support on client accounts
  • Creating, executing, and revising support processes as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Providing support for program activities and assisting with content development
  • Managing timelines and client deliverables
  • Managing multiple projects while maintaining project documentation and status reports 
  • Managing key financials and updating clients on project status

  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), organizational skills, and attention to detail 
  • An exemplary client service ethic
  • A positive “can-do” attitude and a friendly, personable manner
  • Ability to multi-task and proactively take ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Inventiveness and resilience with a focus on achieving set goals and objectives
  • A committed team player
  • Experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage
