Client’s Description:

Our client is an Irish start-up that develops a cloud-based Tender Management platform that helps mid-market companies compete for business opportunities and increase win rates at lower costs. As the company scales up, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a background in bid management, to join the team in their Dublin City Centre offices.

The Job:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers to the platform and providing training, assessing their current bidding processes, developing bid library content and templates, and assisting throughout the tender processes.

You will manage customers’ success metrics and expectations, monitor customer satisfaction to ensure customer growth and renewal, as well as identifying potential upsell opportunities.

The Customer Success Manager will be a trusted advisor and will build strong relationships with customers, educate them in tender best practice, resolve problems and anticipate future needs, ensuring and encouraging adoption and success, to reduce churn.


The Fit:

We are looking for candidates with 2 years of experience in bid management / bid writing, and good understanding and interest in technology (knowledge of SaaS business model will be an advantage). Experience in technical writing and documentation will be also considered.

We’re looking for candidates with strong communication and relationship building skills, who are problem-solvers and able to work on their own initiative.

It’s important that the Customer Success Manager will be an analytical thinker, with a high level of attention to detail, detailed-oriented and client-focused.
