Customer Success Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a growing tech company in Galway. 

Some responsibilities include: 
  • On-boarding new and existing customers 
  • Providing product and technical training to customers 
  • Building strong and long lasting relationships with clients 
  • Proactively manage customer accounts and actively grow accounts 
  • Identify new opportunities for the sales team to cross and up sell. 
  • Maintain accurate customer account information and provide regular reports  
Who are we looking for? 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer success role within a SAAS/software company 
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken
  • Ability build strong and long lasting relationships with customers 
  • Understand technical products and issues 
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify issues. 
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to present to different sized audience 
  • Strong team player, super organized and strong passion to exceed customers expectations
