Customer Success Manager

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our client who is expanding rapidly and who is offering many growth opportunities.

As a customer success manager, you will be reporting directly to the Service Operations Director, and you will be managing a specific set of key customer accounts and will be the face of the company to support and service within these accounts, onsite and remotely. You will be based in Dublin, but will be working with customers based in US, Europe and Asia – so this role requires traveling.

Duties;

  • Building a strong relationships within the client base and drive proactive engagement
  • Assisting customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize their software or products based on the customers’ business needs or plans.
  • Build customer confidence by clearly articulating and demonstrating the service on offer
  • Conduct service reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Manage customers projects as they arise within your accounts
  • Being the first point of contact for customers
  • Help clients implement and manage bespoke service agreements
  • Manage the on boarding of new clients
  • Work closely with the Sales, operations and Account management teams
  • Provide onsite/remote training for customers

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Someone who has good technical understanding of IT software and IT industry
  • Customer facing experience and great customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate and manage projects internally and externally
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at different levels internally and externally
  • Good skills using Word, PowerPoint and excel, and the ability to build a well presented logical document and presentation.
