Client’s Description:

Our client, a Cyber Security company, has a unique platform that provides security technology solutions and consulting. With worldwide operations for over 10 years, they have customer based worldwide, working directly with end customers and partners. The company is expanding their operations and looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team in Ireland.

The Job:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for defining the onboarding process and automating it, creating documentation and automated onboarding touchpoints for end customers, creating a smoother process and creating new engaging educational material.

You will onboard new partners and managing the relationship with IT partners, ensure they have access to all educational and onboarding materials, create educational and onboarding material, implement new ideas and suggestions to improve the onboarding process.

In addition to that,
you will ensure partners and customers know how to access all the materials; collect, analyze and utilize customer feedback; and establish and maintain effective client communications.

Working hours are flexible, you'd manage your schedule based on client appointments.

1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role; understating of contemporary cyber threat intelligence tools and concepts
