Customer Service (Swedish Speaker)

Overview

The Client you will be working for is a BPO and providing service on behalf of worldwide leader in IT that designs, manufacturers and sells networking equipment to a range of global companies.

As the first point of contact, you will represent the Brand Promise by delivering a low effort experience and driving a complete resolutions of the requestor's needs. You will support customers, partners and other employees through a variety of channels such as phone, email and chat. Complex and out of scope work will be passed quickly to the next level of support.

That's why you will need to be a great listener, decisive, focused on outcome ensuringa satisfactory resolution for the customer, fast learner, self-driven, creative, proactive and open to share information and continuously seek what is best for the customer.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish.
  • Some outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment.
  • Computer literate and confident in ability to browse Internet.
