The role will include:

  • Ensuring a high quality of customer service is provided.
  • Using SAGE accounting system.
  • Liaising with the warehouse and sales teams.
  • Being a source of contact for hospitals.
  • Keeping records up to date.
  • Working individually and as part of a team.
  • Having a structured and organised approach to admin duties.
  • Provide Customer support internally and externally.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Have the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Will have strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience of working in a fast - paced environment and customer facing role.
  • Ability and willingness to solve problems and provide support.
  • Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time wisely.
  • Empathetic and can communicate in a friendly manner.
  • Be flexible in work approach.
  • Will have a background in Medical Devices (not mandatory)
