The role will include:

  • Ensuring a high quality of customer service is provided to the customer.
  • Aiding in administering the weekly payments cycle.
  • Driver admin set up.
  • Dealing with queries and complaints of driver partners.
  • Keeping financial records up to date.
  • Working individually and as part of a team.
  • Having a structured and organised approach to admin duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have a background in financial admin.
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Will have strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience of working in a fast - paced environment and customer facing role.
  • Ability and willingness to solve problems and provide support.
  • Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time wisely.
  • Empathetic and can communicate in a friendly manner.
