Job Description

The Job:


This role involves the creation and execution of CRM strategies to increase customer retention and customer loyalty.


You will be reporting to the CRM manager and working along with the creative team to build all communications with customers through the CRM.

As a CRM Executive you will create promotions and campaigns to engage customers through diverse channels (Email, SMS, push messages, outbound calls), and analyse all campaign success and failures.
