About the Job

Our Client is looking for German speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team.

You will be at hand to rescue any customers who run into trouble, from placing an order through to receiving their creative goodies. You will assist people via email and live chat with individual and personable assistance that represents the creative and fun team, their artists and their buyers.

Requirements

  • Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours per week. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours and may also include some holiday periods
  • Very strong written and spoken communication.
  • The ability to understand and learn new technological tools quickly
  • A passion for listening to and helping people
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, with a fine eye for spelling and grammar
  • E-commerce experience preferred
  • Creativity and appreciation of internet memes preferred.
  • Likes art (not just the stuff in galleries)
  • Written and oral fluency in German and English

 

Responsibilities

  • Providing creative & on brand e-commerce customer service to buyers via email and live chat (and additional channels as they are brought on)
  • Assisting customers when they contact us for help, providing correct and accurate responses while capturing relevant data
  • Balancing helping customers in line with Redbubble's financial responsibilities.
  • Expertise in the areas of: Order questions, exchanges and sales questions
