Our client is a leading professional Advisory and Corporate Finance firm helping businesses in ROI and UK to achieve their business, strategic and financial roles.

Company’s main expertise lays in: refinance; sourcing external capital, business turnaround, business advisory, due diligence, transaction services, debt management, independent business review, business plans & financial modelling.

As the company grows we are looking to join 3 experienced corporate finance executives to their offices – including Dublin.

The job:

As a Corporate Finance Executive you will be tasked to prepare business plans and proposals on financing & restructuring. On a daily basis you will liaise with the clients and manage relationships with all stakeholders. Apart from that, you will work with potential investors during due diligence phase of fundraising and will be challenged to manage debt restructure and finance process from the beginning to the end.

The fit:

Previous relevant experience is very important for our client, therefore if your background lays in one of Big 4 (KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, PwC) or even in Top 20 accountancy firms (like Mazars, Grant Thornton, BDO, etc.) and you have up to 3 years of post-qualified experience – your candidacy is definitely of a potential fit for this role.

In order to be successful for this role we would expect you to have previously reviewed, understood and analysed restructuring or business plans and supporting financial models.

Additional advantage would be if you have been exposed to transaction support, due diligence, corporate finance and recovery assignments.

We assume you have experience working with different stakeholders, come across as commercially focused and a strong self-starter.

High computer literacy skills, especially Excel, business writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills – are important factors to be successful in this position.


The location:

City centre location, with convenient transport access.


Up to €50k depending on experience.
