Overview

 Fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave

Reporting to the Lead Product and Content Strategy Designer, the purpose of the role is to work closely with the Digital Content and Technical specialist to deliver usable and engaging content across all digital channels.  

It is a cross functional role requiring a balance of editing, distributing and managing content, and requires an ability to work with various commercial and technical teams, both internally and externally.

Your role:

Manage existing web and mobile content updates within the CMS under the guidance of the Digital Content and Technical Specialist

Maintain the highest possible standards of online content accuracy and relevance via regular internal reports, policy change implementation and user feedback

Follow company guidelines to shape the consistent tone of voice of digital content to adhere to the company brand values. Communicate with guests in the appropriate manner for each purpose – selling / engaging / informing / inspiring – contributing to the overall guest experience

Work under the guidance of the wider content team for the continuous improvement of Content Architecture, ensuring best in class navigation, findability and usability

Your qualifications & key criteria:

Comprehensive knowledge of working with various Content Management Systems (CMS). Experience with Terminal Four – Site Manager a plus

UX skills – provide content insights to help shape information architecture / wireframe development / copy and style guides

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in HTML / CSS

Experience using JIRA/Confluence or other project planning and management tools

Exposure to UX Writing, UX Research and Architecture, Campaign Optimisation, A/B Testing, Customer Retention

A third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

Strong organisational and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Eligible to live and work in the EU
