e-Frontiers Business are looking for a Client Services Representative who would like to join an exciting service provider organisation in the data centre industry, based in Dublin South.

What will you be doing as a Client Services Representative?

As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Customers with any technical issues/queries they may have, providing a highly positive customer interface and ensuring the quality of the services delivered to clients.

You will be also responsible for account management, operational service delivery reporting and mapping, general administration duties and management of communications in line with company process and procedures.

Profile of the Client Services Representative:

We expect you to have strong organisational, customer relationship and teamwork skills, with the ability to instil customer confidence through a positive approach, coupled with an ability to resolve customer issues.

You have good working knowledge of ITIL Foundation and experience working in a Hosting, Managed Services or Data Centre environment. If you also have Prince II and PMI – this would be a great advantage!


We believe you have excellent English level skills, so you can deal with customers even if they speak with different accents.

Proficiency in MS office and technical report writing experience is very important here.

If you have great customer focus skills, problem solving, planning and organising, initiative, flexibility, influencing and networking – this job might be a very good fit.

Job Type: Full time, Fixed Term Contract with opportunity to go permanent

Salary: €45K – 50K
