C# .Net Back End Developer - permanent

Overview

We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Back End .Net Developer to join my client, an Irish company based in Dublin City Centre area.

Some details about the project:

My client’s platform is being evolved/migrated to running within Containerised Stacks on a Docker Swarm. This involves new component written on. NETCore 2.2+ and old legacy .NET 4.7+ alike

Your Core Responsibilities in this role will be:

  • design/document holistic solutions

  • Provide accurate estimates for the implementation of assigned feature/function.

  • Test Driven Development approach.

  • Assist in the maintenance, tuning of production services.

And your Technical background should be:

  • Agile and 3rd party integration systems in current project 

  • C#, .Net 3.5+, T-SQL/SQL Server (2014+)

  • Visual Studio T017+ (with nunit, productivity/refactoring plugins (e.g. Resharper)

  • Experienced in TDD, SOLID development principles and mocking frameworks

  • software version control tool; SubVersion (desired), Mercurial, Git, Perforce, etc.
