Business Operations Analyst


Great opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a multinational online company and participate in an Enterprise Transformation Project.

You will be part of the operations team and will participate in the improvement of business processes and procedures in order to facilitate decision making within the company.

You will be responsible of:

Updating business processes and procedures using standard methodology and templates

Proposing and implementing improvements to the procedures, processes and systems Products, processes and procedures

Requirements gathering and documentation

Process Mapping and optimization

We are looking for a Business Analyst with previous knowledge of call center dynamics and systems. Working knowledge of the Salesforce system, expert in workforce management principles.
