Job Description

The Job:

 

Enabling, catalysing and leading enterprise-wide innovation processes and programs will be your purpose.

 

As an Innovation Leader, you will create and manage internal innovation programs, leading the development and presentation of new ideas, and working closely with the Communication team to disseminate across internal and external publics. You would work to cultivate an innovation mindset across the company through different approaches (idea generation, brainstorming, competitions).

 

Your role will imply working along with other departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to identify areas of innovation and technology trends that can be explored to understand how they will impact the industry in the future.


You will be responsible for creating and managing the innovation pipeline and metrics, to report on innovations and help prioritize which ones should be further developed.
